The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, coordinating business activities, and supporting the smooth running of our agricultural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management and administration, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the general operation of the Freetown office, ensuring that all office functions run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage scheduling for meetings, appointments, and staff calendars, ensuring that business activities are organized and well-coordinated.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train office staff, ensuring maximum productivity and optimal workflow within the team.

The Accountant will play a crucial role in managing the company’s financials, providing insights through financial reporting, and ensuring the effective implementation of accounting procedures. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in accounting practices, attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial reporting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Document financial transactions by entering account details and recommending financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Summarize the company’s current financial status by collecting data, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
  • Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Maintain accounting controls by establishing and recommending policies and procedures to improve financial management.
